This is a reminder that tonight is our Open House at JGW. This open house will be held remotely.

The schedule will work out this way:

Grade 5: 5:30-5:50 Livestream with Mr. Betty and staff

5:50-6:30 families will get off of livestream link and break out into a grade 5 teacher open house utilizing this link: https://meet.google.com/uip-kupz-vfh?hs=122&authuser=0

Grade 6-8: 6:00-6:20 Livestream with Mr. Betty and staff

6:20-7:00 families will get off of livestream link and break out into their students different grade level open houses using these links:

All students have access to who their teachers are and what group they are in. These can be found on the student/parent portal using your student’s log-in.

I recognize that there are a great deal of questions still out there and some confusion. I am hoping to clear all of that up this evening. Most of these questions and confusion are around schedules. That will be addressed tonight, but for everyone’s infomation:

School will start at 8:30am each day (beginning tomorrow) and when students are working remotely, they are to sign into their homeroom through google classroom at that time. There will also be a specific schedule that will be followed. This will be addressed tonight by individual grade teams (teachers). Your students will learn their schedules tomorrow when they log into their homeroom.
