Reminder: This Wednesday October 25th is a half day
Progress Reports/Parent Teachers Conference
Progress reports for scholars will be available Wednesday October 25th at 3pm. Parent Teacher Conferences will be Thursday October 26th 6:00pm-7:30pm. Teachers will be sending out sign ups. These meetings can be in-person or on google meet.
How to access PROGRESS REPORTS: Progress reports will be available in the parent portal.
If you don’t know how to access your child’s progress report in School Brains click on this link:

This will take parents to Haverhill Public School Community Portal.
Once there, you will need to enter your student’s login name and password. At that point you will be able to access your student’s information by clicking on the student’s name. There is also a video to show parents how to access the information. if they need it.
You can also use this flier to help guide you in the parent portal.
BOYS BASKETBALL TRYOUTS:
6/7th Grade Boys: Friday October 20th; 3pm-4:30pm
8th Grade Boys: Friday October 27th; 3pm-4:30pm
Girls Basketball Tryouts:
Thursday, November 1st 3pm-4:30pm
High School Open Houses: Open to all 7th & 8th graders
Haverhill High School – November 15th (time TBA by HHS)
Whittier Tech High School- November 5th 1-4pm
Grade 8 Families
Permission slips for the Haverhill High School tour on 10/30 and the Whittier Tech. tour on 11/21 are due back by October 25th. Please complete and sign the permission slip and remind students to return them to their homeroom teachers by October 25th. Permission slips must be returned to attend the high school tours.
Grade 7 Families
Mrs.Vlahos is in the process of meeting with all 7th graders regarding high school options and the transition to high school. All of the information presented to the students is posted in the 7th Grade Guidance google classroom.
JGW BOWLATHON: The 6th Annual JGW BOWLATHON is October 20th at Academy Lanes!! Tickets are $10/student and flyers are available at all lunches. email Mr. Gariepy for more information at robert.gariepy@haverhill-ps.org
