Hello JGW Community,
We are coming up on the final week before the holiday vacation. This past week was highlighted by the Polar Express, a new community tradition that shows what JGW does best- bring the community together. It was great to see staff, scholars, and families enjoying a night of fun together.
Tonight we have the JGW chorus show and next week we will have spirit week, band concert, and a pep rally on the Friday half day.
Building News: The big news of the week is that JGW has been invited into the eligibility period by the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) that involves a feasibility study to start the process of replacing the building. This is a long process but a positive start to securing a new building for the JGW. A new building for JGW has been talked about for a long time and we have finally started the journey. We will continue to update families as the process moves forward.
Spirit Week:

- Tuesday Dec. 19: Dress like a teacher/ Teacher dress like a student
- Wednesday Dec. 20: Twin Day
